Hey there, it's Gina and welcome back to Morning Cup of Brand Spark. If you've been here since the early days, you know how I started this show. It was originally my daily ritual. It was me, my coffee, and one spark of brand clarity to actually kickstart my day. And that format did exactly what it was meant to do. It lit fires and it lit fire in myself. But here's the thing about sparks. They evolve.

So this season, I'm doing something new. The morning cup is growing up and we're going from solo sparks into mirror conversations. So they're still gonna be short, they're still gonna be soulful, and they will still be recorded with a very much with a cup of coffee in hand. But now it's not just my spark, it's our spark. So every other Friday, I'm gonna sit down with the founder

a creator or a truth teller and we're going to talk about the moments that changed everything for them. I'm talking about the mirror moments. The ones where clarity hits, identity shifts and you finally start to see yourself as who you are and not who you were performing to be.

And these aren't going to be your typical promotional interviews. I don't want that at all. It's not about having something polished or a pitch. There's no PR talk here. It's real. And it's 15 minutes of voice, vulnerability, and visibility. We're going to talk about things like what truth did you have to burn down before you could really truly be seen?

When did your voice start sounding like you again? What belief about success did you have to unlearn to start showing up honestly as you? And how do you keep your visibility from turning into performance? Because I believe that visibility is not a marketing strategy. It's a ritual of self-reflection. And the most magnetic brands out there

are the ones who remember who they are.

So whether you're a founder, a creative or a leader, right in the middle of refining or defining your voice, this is your season. If you're sitting here thinking, yep, I've had one of those mirror moments, then you know what? I'd love to talk to you over a cup. I'm officially right now opening up guest spots for Morning Cup of Brand Spark season two. You can apply to be a guest right now.

We're going to have clarity and a conversation. And when the episode drops, you'll get clips and graphics to share your story as well because it deserves to be echoed in the world. So that's my news this weekend. Morning Cup of Brand Spark, it's back. It's still caffeinated. It's still about clarity and it's still about brand. But now it's a mirror too. And I'm inviting you to sit with me in it.

I'll see you every other Friday for the Mirror Conversations. Bring your truth. Absolutely bring your coffee. So let's spark it up.

Frequently asked

Mirror conversations, as described by host Gina Dunn, are short, vulnerable 15-minute dialogues with founders, creators, and truth-tellers about the pivotal moments when clarity hit and identity shifted. They focus on questions like what beliefs had to be unlearned, when your voice started sounding like you again, and how to keep visibility from becoming performance.

Season 1 was a solo format — Gina recording her own daily brand clarity sparks over coffee. Season 2 evolves into guest conversations called mirror conversations, featuring founders, creatives, and leaders. Episodes release every other Friday and run 15 to 20 minutes, focusing on authentic identity moments rather than promotional or polished PR-style interviews.

According to Gina Dunn, the key is treating visibility as a ritual of self-reflection rather than a marketing strategy. The most magnetic brands are those that consistently remember who they are. This means asking honest questions about what truths you had to confront, what you had to unlearn about success, and whether your voice genuinely sounds like you.

To apply as a guest on Morning Cup of Brand Spark Season 2, you can email Gina Dunn at gina@ogsolutions.nl, connect with her on LinkedIn as Gina Dunn, or reach out on Instagram at brandwithGina.
