Morning Cup of Brand Spark is not a marketing podcast. It’s a mirror conversation. Three seasons in, the through-line has stayed the same: every founder, creator, and leader has a moment where the version of themselves they’ve been performing stops fitting, and what they choose to do next becomes the brand. That moment is what we talk about. One cup. One story. One reflection.
Season 1 was daily solo sparks. Season 2 brought guests into the room for 15-minute mirror conversations. Right now we’re in a solo bridge series called Mirror Not Mask, the in-between current before Season 3 launches on June 5, 2026. Same show. Sharper questions. Coffee still required.
Our Approach
We make episodes for the founder who’s tired of branding advice that tells them to invent a persona. We don’t believe brands are masks you put on. We believe they’re mirrors you hold up. Gina started in marketing at 17 and has spent the last 20+ years helping founders sound like themselves again. American, living in the Netherlands since 2005. Founder of OG Solutions, a brand strategy and visibility consultancy where most of the client work happens before a logo is ever discussed.
She started this podcast because the conversations that actually move brands forward almost never happen on stage. They happen in the in-between: at the kitchen table after a hard week, in a car park after a difficult meeting, in the quiet moment a founder realizes the version of themselves they’ve been selling isn’t the version they want to keep building. Brand Spark is built to make space for those conversations.
Outside the studio: one kid, three Pomsky dogs, a flock of parrots, and a deep love of strategy, Star Wars, and espresso.

About the show.
When did Brand Spark start?
Season 1 launched in 2024 as a daily solo show. Season 2 ran through 2025 in a weekly guest format. The current Mirror Not Mask bridge series runs through May 2026. Season 3 starts June 5, 2026.
Why 15 minutes?
Because attention is the most expensive thing your listener has. Most podcast conversations stop being useful long before the 60-minute mark. A 15-minute episode forces clarity. If we can’t say it in that window, it probably isn’t sharp enough yet.
What's the difference between Mirror Not Mask and the regular show?
Mirror Not Mask is the solo bridge series happening between Season 2 and Season 3. It’s just Gina, no guests, talking through the framework her clients pay her to build. Same show, same DNA, different format.
How is the show produced?
Recorded on Riverside. Edited in-house. Released on Spotify, Apple Podcasts, YouTube, Amazon Music, and every major platform. Run independently by Gina at OG Solutions.
Can I sponsor the show?
