Gina Dunn is a brand strategist who has spent the last 20+ years helping founders, creators, and operators sound like themselves again. American, living in the Netherlands since 2005. Founder of OG Solutions, where most of the work happens before a logo is ever discussed. The conversations she’s most interested in are the ones founders rarely get to have out loud, the questions underneath the polished version of the brand, the moments where someone realizes the way they’ve been talking about their work hasn’t fit for a while.
Morning Cup of Brand Spark exists because of those conversations. Gina started the show in 2024 with a simple thesis: brand work is identity work in disguise, and the most useful 15 minutes you can spend on it is hearing someone else say out loud the thing you’ve been quietly thinking. Three seasons in, that thesis has held. Season 1 was daily solo sparks. Season 2 brought guests into the mirror, every conversation built around one question: when did you see yourself differently, and what did you do next? Season 3 launches June 5, 2026.
Outside the studio, Gina runs OG Solutions, serves as director of marketing at Seuss+ (a life sciences consultancy), and writes a newsletter called Brandology for founders building visibility without losing themselves in it. Her first book, The Clarity Signal: Say the Sentence, is out now. She lives in Almere with her son, partner, three Pomsky dogs, a flock of parrots, and a kitchen stocked with more espresso than most cafés.
