What lives here

This is where the writing goes when it does not fit inside an episode.

Morning Cup of Brand Spark runs eight to fifteen minutes. That is on purpose, and it means a lot of thinking gets cut. Some of it deserves to exist somewhere. Episode notes that go a layer deeper than the recording. Studio updates when something about the show changes. The occasional piece that started as an episode outline and turned out to be an essay instead.

Two categories run here. Episode notes are the companion pieces: the framework drawn out properly, the example that got trimmed for time, the question a listener sent that deserved a real answer. Studio updates are the housekeeping: season changes, format decisions, why something is different than it was.

If you want the show itself, the episode archive is the better door. If you want the thinking underneath it, you are in the right place.

A note on the writing

Everything here is written by Gina Dunn, not generated. That matters more than it used to. Brand writing has flattened into one competent voice across the whole internet, and the flattening is the problem her work exists to fix. It would be a strange thing to write about and then outsource.

Every story is real, disguised where it needs to be, and invented never. Client work gets anonymized. Numbers get checked. If something cannot be said without naming someone who did not agree to be named, it does not get said.

Her first book, The Clarity Signal: Say the Sentence, came out in July 2026. It is about naming the truth you have been circling and building your brand on it.
