FAQ’s Categories
What is Morning Cup of Brand Spark?
Morning Cup of Brand Spark is a 15-minute podcast about brand clarity, founder visibility, and the moments that reshape how people see their work. Hosted by brand strategist Gina Dunn, founder of OG Solutions, the show launched in 2024 and is now in its third season. New episodes drop every Friday.
Who hosts the podcast?
The show is hosted by Gina Dunn, a brand strategist with 20+ years of experience and the founder of OG Solutions, a brand strategy and founder visibility consultancy based in Almere, Netherlands. Gina also serves as director of marketing at Seuss+ and is the author of The Clarity Signal: Say the Sentence.
What does the podcast cover?
Episodes cover brand strategy, founder voice, visibility systems, thought leadership, and the human edge in AI-powered content. Each conversation is built around one question: when did you see yourself differently, and what did you do next? Guests include founders, creators, operators, and strategists across industries.
How long are episodes?
Every episode is 15 minutes. The format is intentional. Most podcast conversations stop being useful long before the 60-minute mark, so Brand Spark is designed to deliver one insight, one story, or one reflection in the time it takes to drink a coffee.
How often are new episodes released?
New episodes are released every Friday morning. Season 3 runs June 5, 2026 through November 27, 2026, with one weekly episode for 26 consecutive weeks.
What is Mirror Not Mask?
Mirror Not Mask is the current solo bridge series, hosted by Gina between Season 2 and Season 3 of Morning Cup of Brand Spark. The series unpacks the framework Gina uses with her brand strategy clients: that brands are mirrors you hold up, not masks you put on. Solo format, no guests, same Friday cadence.
What are the different seasons about?
Season 1 (2024) was a daily solo show featuring short, focused brand sparks. Season 2 (2025) shifted to a weekly guest format built around mirror conversations. Season 3 (2026) continues the guest format with 26 weekly episodes running June through November. The Mirror Not Mask solo bridge series runs in between.

Can Gina help me launch my own podcast?
Yes. Through OG Solutions, Gina Dunn offers a full podcast production service called the Resonance Suite, designed for founders, thought leaders, and brand builders ready to launch a video-first podcast. The service covers strategy, setup, branding, recording, editing, and ongoing post-production support. Pricing ranges from €2,200 for a fast-launch package to €450 per month for ongoing episode production.
What is the Resonance Suite?
The Resonance Suite is OG Solutions’ video-first podcast production service. It includes three tiers: SparkCast Launch (full premium launch), Quickfire Cast (VIP launch day), and Flamekeeper Echo (monthly ongoing production). Each tier covers strategy, branded visuals, Riverside.fm setup, recording support, editing, show notes, and social clips. All packages are built around the same principle that drives Morning Cup of Brand Spark: clarity first, content second.
How much does podcast production cost?
OG Solutions podcast production pricing starts at €2,200 for a VIP launch package and goes up to €3,950 for the full premium launch. Monthly ongoing production starts at €450 per month for one episode. Custom packages are available for founders who need more episodes, additional repurposing, or full agency-style support.
What is the SparkCast Launch package?
SparkCast Launch is the premium podcast launch package from OG Solutions, priced at €2,950 to €3,950. It includes two 90-minute strategy sessions, podcast name and structure refinement, full Canva visual kit, intro/outro script and voiceover sourcing, Riverside.fm setup and training, live co-recording support for the first episode, one trailer plus two full branded episodes, SEO titles and show notes, social clips and audiograms per episode, a complete launch kit (email copy, guest templates, post schedule), and the Resonance Handbook for ongoing workflows.

The package includes a half-day immersive strategy session, Riverside.fm setup and training, Canva-based cover art and one promo template, one trailer plus one full branded episode, SEO title and basic show notes, a 14-day post-launch support window, and a launch checklist. Ideal for solo founders, coaches, and creators with simple formats and strong voices.
What is the Flamekeeper Echo monthly package?
Flamekeeper Echo is OG Solutions’ monthly ongoing podcast production service, priced at €450 per month for one episode. Add-ons available for extra repurposing, email drops, blog rewrites, and guest coordination.
Who is podcast production with OG Solutions for?
OG Solutions podcast production is for founders, brand builders, and thought leaders who want a video-first podcast as part of their visibility strategy. Best fit: clients with clear brand positioning already in place, founders building thought leadership, women operators expanding their platforms, and consultancies or service businesses using podcasting to drive authority. Not a fit for: hobby podcasters, brand-confused founders who haven’t done the clarity work yet, or businesses looking for cheap production without strategy.
What podcast platform do you use?
All OG Solutions podcast production runs on Riverside.fm, which delivers studio-quality remote recording for both audio and video. Clients are required to maintain an active Riverside.fm subscription. OG Solutions handles setup, configuration, and live training so the client can record confidently from episode one.
Do I need to have brand clarity before starting a podcast?
Yes, ideally. OG Solutions recommends working through brand strategy (the Spark Package or equivalent clarity work) before launching a podcast. A podcast amplifies your voice, so if your positioning, voice, or audience is unclear, the podcast will amplify the confusion. Clients without existing clarity are typically routed to the Signal Stack Foundation phase first.
How long does it take to launch a podcast?
Quickfire Cast launches in approximately two to three weeks from kickoff to first episode published. SparkCast Launch typically runs four to six weeks, including two strategy sessions, brand visual development, and the first two episodes recorded and edited. Monthly Flamekeeper Echo support begins immediately after launch and continues for as long as the client maintains the engagement.
Do you handle podcast hosting and distribution?
OG Solutions guides clients through podcast hosting setup (typically Buzzsprout, Captivate, or similar) and distribution to Spotify, Apple Podcasts, YouTube, Amazon Music, and all major platforms. The client owns the hosting account and feed. OG Solutions configures the distribution and trains the client on episode upload, or handles uploads as part of the Flamekeeper Echo monthly retainer.
How do I get started?
To start a podcast with OG Solutions, book a discovery call at ogsolutions.nl. The call covers your goals, format ideas, brand readiness, and which package fits. Most clients begin with either Quickfire Cast or SparkCast Launch, then move into Flamekeeper Echo for ongoing monthly production after launch.
Can I be a guest on the podcast?
Maybe. Season 3 guests are being booked from May through August 2026. The fit is specific: founders, creators, or leaders with a real mirror moment to share, not a product to launch. To apply, head to the Contact page and tell us about the moment you’d want to talk about.
What types of guests does the show feature?
The show features founders, creators, operators, brand strategists, and women leaders building businesses, books, podcasts, or platforms. Every guest is selected because they have a specific story or shift to share, not because they have something to sell.
How long are guest episodes?
Guest episodes follow the same format as all Brand Spark episodes: 15 minutes. The conversation is focused, one story or one shift, not a long-form interview.
How do I pitch myself as a guest?
Send your pitch through the Contact page. Include who you are, the mirror moment you’d want to talk about, and any relevant links (your website, a podcast you’ve appeared on, or your book). Pitches that get a response are specific, not template.
Can I sponsor the show?
Yes, selectively. We work with a limited number of sponsors per season because audience trust matters more than sponsor revenue. Brands that fit our audience (founders, creators, leaders interested in clarity and substance) can reach out via the Contact page for sponsorship rates and slot availability.
Do you accept guest pitches from PR agencies?
Yes, with the same standards as direct pitches. The story matters more than the pitcher. If your client has a specific mirror moment that fits the show, send the pitch with the same level of specificity you’d send for any high-quality podcast.
