Let's roll into our Sunday bonus episode 34, my top three quiet visibility moves. This one's quick, juicy, and instantly actionable for you. Are you tired of being told to just show up more? Today's bonus spark shares three of my favorite visibility moves that don't require content engine or an extrovert energy. They just require clarity and consistency.

perfect for the founder or the leader who wants to be seen without burning out. Welcome back to Morning Cup of Brand Spark. Today is Sunday, June 1st, and I'm Gina Dunn, founder of OG Solutions. Today's spark is for anyone who's tired of hearing, you just need to show up more. We're doing visibility the quiet way, and I'm giving you three of my favorite low lift, high trust moves. Let's spark it up.

Let me kick off with this. I'm not anti, I'm not anti visibility, but I am anti burnout branding. You shouldn't have to live on camera to grow your business, especially if it doesn't feel authentic to you. So today I want to give you three quiet visibility moves that I use in my own brand. Things that work even when I'm not quote unquote on these aren't hacks. They're habits.

and they create presence without pressure. Here's my three favorite quiet visibility moves. Number one, thoughtful reuse of my voice.

I have two podcasts, you probably know, this one, the daily one, and then the bi-weekly branded AF podcast that I do with Natalie around AI. Now I repurpose these podcasts. I repurpose podcasts into posts, into newsletter content, into social media content, and in conversation prompts. And it's not because I'm lazy. It's because when something resonates that's said in a podcast, it deserves to

echo out into the world. And I reuse that for visibility. Number two, intentional DMs, not cold pitches. I don't wait for people to come to me. If I see someone doing meaningful work, I actually reach out and I message them on LinkedIn or Instagram, whatever. No ask, no pitch, just connection. And, Hey, I think you're doing something really cool. And that builds some trust.

without being salesy. And my third favorite quiet visibility move is to show up consistently, even when I'm quiet. Visibility isn't always about saying something brand new. It's also about being present in your space long enough to be remembered. And sometimes that means posting. And sometimes that means commenting with clarity where my audience hangs out.

It's the blend and the balance of the two. Visibility also requires commenting and engagement to work. This isn't theoretical. These are the actual things that I do when I'm in the flow and the things that I do when I'm actually tired. And the other thing that I do is I pre-schedule everything. don't pre-schedule comments because you can't do that, but I do pre-schedule everything that goes out. It keeps me.

in check two and these things that I do, they keep my name or top of mind, but it's not just for clients, but it's for collaborations. It's for podcasts, for referrals. It's for my network. It's for my friends. It's for all of it. is for everything in my ecosystem. So here's your spark check spark one. Are you mistakenly silence? Are you mistaking silence for invisibility? Spark two.

What are your current visibility habits and are they sustainable? Spark check three, where could you quietly lead instead of constantly chase attention? Think about that one.

And that's your spark for today. You don't need to be everywhere. You need to be trusted somewhere. Tomorrow, we're going to wrap up visibility week with one of the deepest sparks yet that I have shared in this more than 30 podcasts. Why your brand is actually a mirror and what it reflects back to you. Follow the show. If you haven't already.

Share this with one quietly powerful friend building something real, and I'll see you next time. Talk soon!

Frequently asked

According to Gina Dunn of OG Solutions, introverted or low-energy founders can use three quiet visibility moves: repurposing existing content like podcasts into posts and newsletters, sending intentional no-pitch DMs to people doing meaningful work, and showing up consistently through comments and engagement rather than constant new content creation. These habits build presence without pressure.

Quiet visibility is about being consistently present and trusted in your space without relying on high-volume content creation or extrovert energy. Gina Dunn describes it as habits — not hacks — that create presence even when you're not actively 'on.' It includes reusing your voice through repurposed content, making genuine connections via direct messages, and engaging consistently where your audience already spends time.

Gina Dunn repurposes her podcast episodes into social media posts, newsletter content, and conversation prompts. Her philosophy is that when something resonates in a podcast, it deserves to echo out into the world through other channels. This approach isn't about laziness — it's about maximizing the reach of ideas that already proved compelling to an audience.

Gina Dunn advocates for sending genuine, no-ask messages on LinkedIn or Instagram when you see someone doing meaningful work. By leading with a simple acknowledgment — 'I think you're doing something really cool' — rather than a sales pitch or request, you build real trust. This approach supports collaborations, referrals, and network growth without coming across as salesy.
